Most items in new condition can be returned within 7 days of your receipt of items.
To initiate a return, follow the guidelines below:
Refund Outline:
- Call 510-969-2673 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and warehouse address.
- Items must still be in new condition free from damage, complete including all parts associated to order
and in original packaging. - Received in our warehouse within 30 days of original ship date
- Customer is responsible for return freight. Customer will need to locate a logistics provider and schedule
the pick up and return of the product to a Bella CORE warehouse. - If all requirements above are met your order can be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee once it has
been received and inspected at our warehouse.
